Meeting dates use two different rules in one deck: "AUGUST 28 Meeting One" and "SEPTEMBER 4 Meeting Two" (meeting = log day), but "SEPTEMBER 9 Meeting Three" with the log on Sep 8 ("although the meeting took place on the 9th, the expected digital log would appear on the 8th"). The one sheet person dated Sep 9 (DIA chief of staff Kirchoffer) is left out of the deck.
Checker note: she gives a reason for the Sep 8 log, a 6 a.m. meeting where people fly in the night before (wmLl ?t=3807), so "two rules" is WEAK; the Kirchoffer omission stays MEDIUM.

Honest point. Honest point: between Sep 26 and Oct 3 no existing row changed its date. What changed is titles/tags, five "EVENT ... ON FORT H LOG" rows turned into person rows, and three Feinberg rows were added.
