According to the IRS Form 990 filed by Americas Turning Point (EIN: 82-2853382) for fiscal year 2019, the organization made a payment of $999,821 to an entity called "Clocktower LLC" described as "Research on educational outputs."
Americas Turning Point is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization whose Secretary is Tyler Bowyer, who simultaneously serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Turning Point USA (the 501(c)(3) educational charity).
The address — 101 Convention Center Dr, Suite 850 — is the office of KeyState Executive Suites, a company that provides registered agent services, resident directors, and mail forwarding. Nicholas Miller is the President of KeyState Captive Management at the same address.

On September 18, 2025, an entity called Clock Tower X LLC filed a registration statement with the Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA # 7649).
The registration identifies Bradley Parscale as the owner of Clock Tower X LLC. Parscale served as the campaign manager for Donald Trump's 2020 presidential campaign and has been publicly identified as a longtime associate of the late Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA.
The FARA filing states that Clock Tower X was engaged by Havas Media Germany GmbH (Frankfurt) acting "by or on behalf of the State of Israel." The contract value is reported as approximately $9 million ($1.5 million per month) for activities including anti-antisemitism campaigns, AI-driven content generation, SEO manipulation, and integration with Salem Media Network properties.

The TPUSA Faith — FARA Overlap
Greg Laurie — the primary speaker on TPUSA Faith's 2026 "Make Heaven Crowded" tour — is explicitly named in the Show Faith by Works FARA filing as a target "pastoral partner," described as the "de facto leader of the Calvary Chapel Movement."
Dream City Church (Phoenix, AZ — 20,000 members) is both a named geofencing target in the FARA filing and the venue where TPUSA hosted Charlie Kirk's monthly "Freedom Night in America" events, annual AmFest conferences, and Kirk's memorial service.
