AIPAC: $126.9 Million to Buy American Elections
A comprehensive mapping of every dollar we can trace flowing through AIPAC's political machine — the PAC, the Super PAC, the lobbyists, and the billionaire donors who fund it all. Every number sourced from FEC filings, OpenSecrets, and public tax records.
This is not about Israel. This is about whether Americans get to choose their own representatives — or whether a lobby backed by billionaires and foreign-aligned interests gets to choose for them.
The Numbers — 2024 Election Cycle

The Three Arms of AIPAC's Political Machine
AIPAC (501(c)(4))
Lobbying OrganizationThe main lobbying arm. Not required to disclose donors. Spent $3.3M on lobbying in 2024 alone. 11 registered lobbyists, 2 of whom previously held government jobs (revolving door). Founded 1959.
AIPAC PAC
Political Action CommitteeDirect contributions to candidates — limited to $5,000 per election per candidate. Contributed $51.8M in the 2024 cycle. Overwhelmingly funded by small-dollar donors bundled through AIPAC's network. Largest single PAC contribution: $1.3M to George Latimer (NY-16).
United Democracy Project (Super PAC)
Super PAC — Unlimited SpendingAIPAC's Super PAC. Created Jan 3, 2022. Cannot donate directly to candidates but can spend UNLIMITED amounts on independent expenditures (ads, mailers, etc.). Raised $68.4M through Aug 2024. Spent $35.6M+ on independent expenditures — 9th most of any Super PAC in 2024. FEC ID: C00799031.
Why Every American Should Care
This is not about Israel. This is about your democracy.
AIPAC's Super PAC spent $14.7 million in a single House race to defeat an elected representative. They endorsed hundreds of election deniers and anti-abortion candidates. Their top donors include Republican billionaires funding a Democratic Super PAC to pick which Democrats get to run.
When 60% of a Super PAC's donors are corporate CEOs and only 4% of the candidates they oppose have executive donors, this isn't grassroots politics. This is corporate capture of American elections.
As former congressman Andy Levin warned: "This may have been pioneered by AIPAC, but Big Pharma isn't stupid, the tobacco industry isn't stupid, the fossil fuel industry isn't stupid. Why won't they just say: 'Great idea, AIPAC. We will pick the nominee of both parties.'"

Where the Money Went — Key Races
AIPAC primarily targets Democratic primaries — spending millions to defeat progressives and replace them with candidates aligned with their agenda. They also target a handful of Republicans.
NY-16: Bowman vs. Latimer
(2024)UDP spent $9.9M opposing Bowman + $4.8M supporting Latimer. AIPAC PAC gave $1.3M directly to Latimer. Most expensive House race in history by outside spending. Bowman called Israel 'apartheid state.'
MO-1: Bush vs. Bell
(2024)UDP spent $5.2M+ opposing Bush + $3.3M supporting Bell. AIPAC PAC gave $555K directly to Bell. Bush condemned 'Israel's ethnic cleansing campaign.'
CA-47: Against Dave Min
(2024)UDP spent $4.6M trying to defeat Min in Democratic primary. Min finished top two despite massive spending.
PA-12: Against Summer Lee
(2022-2024)UDP poured $2.4M into attack ads in final month of 2022 primary. Lee's 25-point lead nearly evaporated. Won rematch by 20+ points in 2024.
MI-11: Against Andy Levin
(2022)Levin — from one of America's most prominent Jewish political families — defeated after redistricting. His offense: criticizing illegal settlements and supporting two-state solution (stated US policy).
OH-11: Against Nina Turner
(2021)Democratic Majority for Israel (AIPAC-aligned) spent ~$2M in negative ads. Turner was overwhelming favorite. Saw massive early lead vanish under ad blitz.
VA-5: Against Bob Good (R)
(2024)One of few Republican targets. House Freedom Caucus chairman. UDP spent $3M+ against him. Shows AIPAC targets BOTH parties.
The Web — Cross-References With Other Investigations
AIPAC's donor network overlaps with Canary Mission funders, the Central Fund of Israel pass-through, Birthright Israel, and entities already documented on this site.
Canary Mission
Robert Fromer donated $20K to Canary Mission (2023) AND funds AIPAC's UDP. Michael Leven (Canary Mission $50K donor) sits on advisory council of Turning Point USA. Central Fund of Israel — the pass-through for Canary Mission donations — also receives from AIPAC-connected donors.
Central Fund of Israel
CFI is the primary pass-through for both Canary Mission donations AND receives from AIPAC-connected donors. Moved $92M+ to Israel in 2023. Address shared with J.Mark Interiors (connected to Canary Mission head's wife).
Birthright Israel Foundation
Multiple top AIPAC donors also fund Birthright: Miriam Adelson ($500M+), Jan Koum, Jonathon Jacobson (trustee), Bernard Marcus, Paul Singer, Michael Leven (board member + Canary Mission donor).
Republican Jewish Coalition
Miriam Adelson's $5M AIPAC donation went entirely to RJC. Paul Singer sits on RJC board. RJC raised $18M+ in 2024 cycle including $2.4M from Jan Koum.
Turning Point USA
Michael Leven — confirmed Canary Mission donor ($50K) — sits on TPUSA advisory council. Americas TP (TPUSA entity) paid $999,821 to 'Clocktower' Nevada LLC per Form 990 Schedule I — same name pattern as Clock Tower X LLC (FARA 7649, Brad Parscale).
Who AIPAC Endorses — The Full Picture
Since 2021, AIPAC has endorsed hundreds of anti-abortion candidates and election deniers, including:
- •Mark Robinson (NC Governor nominee) — Long history of Holocaust denial and antisemitic comments. AIPAC endorsed him anyway.
- •147 election deniers who voted to overturn the 2020 election results received AIPAC support.
- •Anti-abortion hardliners across multiple states — AIPAC's stated mission is Israel policy, yet they endorse candidates hostile to reproductive rights.
This is not a pro-Israel organization. This is a political machine that uses Israel as a shield while advancing corporate and right-wing interests in American elections.
The Government Pipeline — How Foreign Lobby Money Becomes American Law
This is how it works: Billionaire donors → AIPAC → Politicians → Laws that restrict YOUR rights.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly bragged about it. In February 2020, he tweeted:
"Whoever boycotts us will be boycotted... In recent years, we have promoted laws in most US states, which determine that strong action is to be taken against whoever tries to boycott Israel."
— Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, February 2020
A foreign head of state openly admitted to promoting laws inside the United States. And it worked. 38 states now have anti-BDS laws that restrict Americans' constitutionally protected right to boycott.
38 States Have Anti-BDS Laws — Restricting Americans' First Amendment Rights
As of 2024, 38 US states have passed bills or executive orders designed to punish Americans who boycott Israel. Most require government contractors to sign pledges that they will not boycott Israel — or lose their contracts. Some states maintain blacklists of companies.
Who Lobbied For These Laws
- • AIPAC — directly lobbied state legislatures
- • Israel Allies Foundation (IAF) — Israeli group that drafted the model bill template
- • Israeli-American Council — Adam Milstein's group (also alleged Canary Mission funder)
- • Israel Action Network
- • Local Jewish Federations

Americans Who Lost Their Livelihoods
- • Mikkel Jordahl (Arizona) — Lawyer refused to sign anti-boycott pledge. State refused to pay him. Sued and won.
- • Esther Koontz (Kansas) — Public school teacher refused to sign. State declined to contract with her. Court ruled law unconstitutional.
- • Arkansas Times — Newspaper refused to sign pledge. Lost university advertising contract. Eighth Circuit ruled law violated First Amendment.
Source: Federal court records; ACLU litigation
The ACLU says: "The intent of the underlying state laws is contrary to the spirit and letter of the First Amendment guarantee of freedoms of speech and association." 72% of Americans oppose laws penalizing people who boycott Israel (University of Maryland Critical Issues Poll, 2019).
HR 6090 — The Antisemitism Awareness Act
This bill would codify the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism into federal law for Title VI enforcement. The IHRA definition includes examples that equate criticism of the Israeli government with antisemitism — meaning American students could face federal civil rights investigations for protesting Israeli government policy.
Who Opposes It
ACLU, FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression), groups across the entire ideological spectrum from left to right — all agree it chills free speech on college campuses
What It Means For Americans
If signed into law, criticizing Israeli government policy on a college campus could trigger a federal civil rights investigation — effectively criminalizing political speech

318 AIPAC-Backed Candidates Elected in 2024
AIPAC spent $100 million across 389 congressional races (26 Senate, 363 House) in 2024. More than 318 candidates who received AIPAC money were elected. That is a majority of the United States Congress funded by a single lobby.

- • Ted Cruz — Senator (R-TX)
- • Kirsten Gillibrand — Senator (D-NY)
- • Bob Menendez — Former Senator (indicted for bribery)

- • Marco Rubio — Secretary of State (reintroduced Combating BDS Act)
- • Sebastian Gorka — Trump advisor
- • George Latimer — Replaced Bowman ($14.7M AIPAC spending)

Inside the Trump Administration
David Milstein — Senior Advisor to Ambassador Huckabee
Former Ted Cruz and Ron DeSantis staffer. Now Senior Advisor to US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee. Per Responsible Statecraft, Milstein has become an influential pro-Israel factor in the State Department — editing official communications, reportedly helping fire a State Department official who veered from talking points about forced removal of Palestinians from Gaza.
Connection to Canary Mission network: Per Drop Site News, Milstein follows Jeffrey Mark (whose Long Island store shares address with Central Fund of Israel), Kim Bash (wife of Canary Mission head Jonathan Bash), and Todd Rosenblatt (whose email was allegedly used as recovery email for Canary Mission Facebook account) on personal social media.

Mike Huckabee — US Ambassador to Israel
Appointed by Trump. Has publicly denied Palestinian statehood. Under his watch, the US Embassy in Israel has been shaped by Milstein's pro-Israel editing of official communications. The embassy's messaging has been described by State Department officials as reading like "an advertisement" for Israeli interests rather than representing American policy.

Miriam Adelson — $100M to Trump + $5M to AIPAC
Donated $100 million to Trump's 2024 campaign committee (FEC filing, Oct 2024) AND $5 million to AIPAC/RJC. Israeli-American born in occupied territories. Net worth $35B+. Spending more time in Israel than the US. Her political views represent the most radical form of Zionism — advocating expansion of occupation and annexation. She is the single largest individual political donor in American history.

The DHS-Canary Mission Pipeline
Under the Trump administration, DHS formed a "tiger team" that used Canary Mission data to identify 75% of deportation targets. ICE senior official Peter Hatch testified in federal court (July 2025) that "most" of the names on ICE's investigation list came from Canary Mission. The US government is using data from an unregistered foreign agent — funded by the same donor network that funds AIPAC — to arrest Americans.

The Full Picture — What's Being Done to Americans
Connect the dots. This is one system.
Billionaire donors (many with dual citizenship or deep foreign ties) give millions to AIPAC and its Super PAC.
AIPAC spends $126.9M to elect 318+ members of Congress who will do their bidding.
Those politicians pass laws — 38 states with anti-BDS laws, HR 6090 to criminalize campus speech, billions in unconditional military aid.
The same donor network funds Canary Mission — a foreign surveillance operation that compiles dossiers on Americans.
DHS uses Canary Mission data to arrest and deport Americans — 75% of targets came from this foreign database.
Trump admin officials (Milstein) personally follow Canary Mission operatives on social media and shape State Department policy.
Nobody investigates. The DOJ won't enforce FARA. Congress won't hold hearings. The media won't connect the dots.
This is not a conspiracy theory. Every single point above is documented in FEC filings, federal court testimony, congressional voting records, state legislation, and named investigative reporting. The sources are at the bottom of this page. Americans deserve to know.
