State Disclosures

Charitable solicitation disclosure statements required by state law. Approximately 25 states require specific language on solicitation materials, including websites.

Pre-Registration Notice

AFNPT is currently in the pre-incorporation phase. We are not yet soliciting donations and have not yet registered for charitable solicitation in any state. When we begin accepting donations, we will register in all required jurisdictions and this page will contain the full text of every state-mandated disclosure. The disclosures below represent the language we will be required to display.

Registration Requirements Overview

Approximately 40 jurisdictions (38 states plus D.C.) require some form of charitable solicitation registration. A nationally accessible "Donate" button constitutes solicitation in every state, triggering registration requirements under the Charleston Principles (2001, NASCO).

10 states require no registration: Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Wyoming.

28 states offer small-organization exemptions based on annual contribution thresholds (typically $25,000).
