A Foreign Government Is Targeting American Citizens on American Soil
An Israel-operated surveillance operation called Canary Mission is compiling dossiers on American citizens for exercising their First Amendment rights. Your government knows about it. Your government uses the data. And nobody has done a thing to stop it.
This is not a conspiracy theory. This is documented in unsealed federal court records, published by Politico, investigated by Drop Site News, and the subject of a formal DOJ investigation request by 70 American organizations.
The Questions Every American Deserves Answers To
How is a foreign government allowed to compile dossiers on American citizens?
Canary Mission operates from Israel, run by an Israeli team, funded through Israeli nonprofits — and targets Americans for exercising their First Amendment rights. There is no law enforcement action. There is no injunction. There is nothing stopping them.
Why is DHS using unverified foreign surveillance data to deport Americans?
Unsealed federal court records prove a DHS 'tiger team' used Canary Mission data to identify 75% of deportation targets. The U.S. government is outsourcing its surveillance of Americans to a foreign operation that doesn't even verify its own data.
Why hasn't the DOJ enforced FARA?
Under 22 U.S.C. § 611, Canary Mission meets every threshold for foreign agent registration. They operate from Israel. They're funded from Israel. They target Americans to benefit Israeli political objectives. 70 organizations formally asked the DOJ to investigate. Silence.
Is the U.S. government complicit?
When DHS actively uses data from an unregistered foreign agent to arrest American citizens, and the DOJ refuses to investigate that foreign agent — you have to ask: is this negligence, or is this by design?
Why Is This Legal?
It's not. They just haven't been caught — or nobody wants to catch them.
Under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), any person or entity acting on behalf of a foreign government to influence American public opinion or policy must register with the Department of Justice. Failure to register is a federal crime under 22 U.S.C. § 618.
Canary Mission is operated from Israel. It is funded through Israeli nonprofits. It is built by an Israeli tech company. Its internal timestamps are in Israeli time zones. And its entire purpose is to silence Americans who criticize Israeli government policy.
That is the textbook definition of a foreign agent under FARA. And yet they have never registered. Not once. Not ever.
The Law Is Clear
22 U.S.C. § 611(c) — Agency can be established through conduct, funding, direction, or alignment with foreign political objectives. No formal agreement required.
22 U.S.C. § 611(o) — Political activity includes efforts to influence public opinion or policy. That is literally all Canary Mission does.
22 U.S.C. § 618 — Willful failure to register is a federal crime punishable by up to 5 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
Where Is Government Oversight?
The Department of Homeland Security
Instead of protecting Americans from foreign surveillance, DHS actively uses Canary Mission's data. A DHS "tiger team" sourced 75% of its deportation targets from an anonymous, unverified, foreign-operated website. They didn't question the source. They didn't verify the data. They just arrested Americans.
The Department of Justice
The DOJ's FARA Unit exists specifically to identify and regulate foreign agents operating in the United States. 70 American organizations — civil rights groups, faith communities, academic institutions, legal organizations — formally requested an investigation on February 2, 2026. As of this writing, there has been no public response.
The United States Congress
Not a single congressional hearing. Not a single subpoena. Not a single public statement from any member of Congress demanding answers about why a foreign government is running a surveillance operation against American citizens and the U.S. government is using the data to arrest them. Complete silence.
So We're Doing It Ourselves
That's why AFNPT exists. Because when the government won't protect Americans, Americans have to protect themselves. Every document on this site is sourced from official government records. Every analysis is grounded in law. Every question we ask is one that your elected officials should have asked years ago.
What This Means For Every American
This is not just about Palestine. This is about your rights.
If a foreign government can build a database of Americans who disagree with its policies, share that database with U.S. law enforcement, and get those Americans arrested, fired, expelled, and deported — with zero legal consequences — then no American's speech is safe.
Today it's Americans who criticize Israel. Tomorrow it could be Americans who criticize any foreign government. The precedent being set right now is that foreign governments can silence American citizens and the U.S. government will help them do it.
The First Amendment exists to protect exactly this kind of speech — political speech that powerful interests want silenced. If we allow a foreign surveillance operation to override the Constitution, we don't have a Constitution.
What Is Canary Mission?
Canary Mission is a foreign-operated political hit list that systematically targets American citizens — students, professors, activists, professionals — for exercising their constitutionally protected right to political speech.
It publishes detailed dossiers on Americans including their workplaces, photos, family members, and personal information. It then pressures American employers, American universities, and the American government to take punitive action against its own citizens — at the direction of a foreign operation.
Per a damning investigation by Drop Site News (January 6, 2026), Canary Mission operates through a covert network of unlisted internal websites — including one known as "BlackNest" — where it internally tracks its activities, documents strategic planning, and explicitly celebrates when Americans lose their jobs, get deported, or are denied entry to their own country.
The operation is run from Israel. The timestamps are Israeli. The team is Israeli. The funding comes through Israeli nonprofits. And the only people who suffer are Americans.
The DHS Deportation Pipeline
Unsealed court records from a 2025 federal trial revealed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) relied extensively on Canary Mission's database when compiling dossiers on pro-Palestinian foreign students and academics for deportation and visa revocation efforts.
Testimony confirmed that a DHS "tiger team" used data sourced from Canary Mission to identify more than 75% of the names targeted for enforcement actions, despite the site's anonymous nature and lack of verification.
Mahmoud Khalil
American student at Columbia University. Profiled by Canary Mission — a foreign-operated doxxing operation — for exercising his constitutionally protected right to political speech. Arrested and detained by ICE using data compiled by an unregistered foreign agent operating from Israeli soil. His case demonstrates the direct pipeline from a foreign surveillance operation to U.S. government enforcement action against an American citizen.
BlackNest: The Secret Operations Site
BlackNest is an unlisted website accessed through the backend of Canary Mission's website — it was never intended to be found publicly. Drop Site News discovered it and exposed its contents on January 6, 2026.
BlackNest is one of several unlisted websites and content management systems used by Canary Mission, whose doxxing operation is run out of Israel and used by the highest levels of the Trump administration.
The site categorizes Canary Mission's impacts and reveals their operational structure, personnel achievements, branding directives, and strategic expansion plans.

The DOJ FARA Investigation Request
On February 2, 2026, a coalition of 70 organizations — Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Unitarian, civil rights, academic, legal, peace, and human rights groups — submitted a formal request to the Department of Justice, National Security Division, FARA Unit.
The letter requests that the DOJ:
Legal Basis
22 U.S.C. § 611(c) — An agent does not need a formal agreement with a foreign government. Agency may be established through conduct, funding, direction, or alignment with foreign political objectives.
22 U.S.C. § 611(o) — Political activity includes efforts to influence public opinion or policy concerning domestic or foreign affairs.
22 U.S.C. § 618 — Willful failure to register as a foreign agent is a federal crime.

Election Interference
BlackNest's team update section included a branding directive instructing operatives to add a tagline to all posts about New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani:
"A vote for Mamdani is a vote for chaos in New York City"
This is a foreign-operated organization directing its Israeli-based operatives to interfere in an American municipal election. The directive was issued through BlackNest's internal content management system.
