Simultaneously, religious nonprofits operating in the same space — PJTN, TPUSA Faith, and others — conduct extensive Israel-focused activities, file Schedule F year after year, yet do not appear in the FARA registry. These organizations serve as the relationship-building infrastructure that the FARA-registered operations then monetize.

The result is a two-tier influence system: unregistered nonprofits cultivate pastors, influencers, and churches (using tax-deductible donations from American Christians), while registered foreign agents use that cultivated network for paid Israeli government propaganda campaigns worth $14.6M+ and counting.
