Combined with geofencing (which targets you based on where you physically are), GEO targets the information environment around you. Your location data tells them where you worship. GEO shapes what you find when you go looking for answers.

The question this raises: If the information being pushed to you is designed to “counter” other perspectives rather than simply present truth — is that education? Or is that manipulation?
