Who Is Behind Justorium.org? Its Site and FARA Filings Name Clock Tower X and the State of Israel
Justorium.org's own footer says its material is distributed by Clock Tower X LLC on behalf of the State of Israel. FARA filings match. Clock Tower X LLC (No. 7649) files Justorium articles and Facebook, TikTok and Instagram posts with the Justice Department as informational materials for the State of Israel via Havas Media Germany GmbH. Piro, Inc. (No. 7732) filed a Justorium article for Havas Media Germany GmbH on behalf of the Israel Government Advertising Agency (LaPam). The sources do not show who owns the site.

Israel's U.S. Anti-Semitism Campaign: Clock Tower X Updates Havas Fee Schedule, FARA Filing Shows
Clock Tower X LLC, whose filings list the State of Israel via Havas Media Germany GmbH as foreign principal, amended its agreement with HAVAS Media Network on 2026-10-05. The amendment, signed by Brad Parscale, reflects an "updated fee schedule." Exhibit B lists a "Monthly fee for services" under an agreement dated 09/24/2026. No dollar figure appears. Three informational materials followed, stamped 2026-10-07, 2026-10-09 and 2026-10-13, each an article under Mark Ginsberg's byline.
